1. acceptance
By using youpi you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.
2. what youpi is
Youpi is a platform where people list and RSVP to real-life events. We don't organize, host, or take responsibility for what happens at any event. Hosts are responsible for their own events.
3. your account
You sign in with your email. Keep your access secure. One account per person. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. conduct
Don't use youpi to spam, harass, or do anything illegal. Don't post misleading event information. Be a decent person.
5. payments
Some events may require payment. Payments are processed through Stripe. Refund policies are set by individual event hosts unless otherwise stated.
6. liability
Youpi is provided as-is. We're not liable for anything that happens at events listed on the platform. Attend at your own discretion.
7. changes
We can update these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
